Above all else, we want you to have a lovely stay - with no hidden surprises!

So we have a few guidelines to make sure everything's clear and all goes to plan.

When you contact us to book your stay, we will email you a very simple Booking Form with our payment details.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

We appreciate this isn't the most exciting part of booking a holiday, so we've tried to make things as clear and common-sense as possible. 

If you do have any questions, please let us know. When you send us your Booking Form and your payment, you agree to abide by these Terms.

In summary, when staying in The Maltings, you agree:

  • To use The Maltings as holiday accommodation only, and not for any other purposes.
  • To vacate the property at the time and date agreed. Unless you have made special arrangements with us in advance, our standard departure time is no later than 10am.
  • To not smoke or permit smoking anywhere on the property, including E-cigarettes.
  • To leave The Maltings tidy and as you found it. [We expect a normal level of 'change-over' laundry and cleaning - this is included in the Rental Fee.]
  • Should any items be missing, damaged or destroyed, you agree to replace these with similar items of at least the equivalent value and quality standard. [Reasonable wear and tear excepted.]
  • To please check with us beforehand if you plan to invite visitors.
  • To not do, or permit to be done, anything which may be a nuisance or cause damage any neighbouring property.
  • To abide by any security, fire and safety instructions you are given.
  • To permit us (or our agent) to enter The Maltings to deal with any maintenance or security issues, disturbances &/or emergencies.

Provided you honour the Terms - and there are no deductions for damage or other costs - we will gladly refund your Security Deposit within 7 days of your departure.
